Icecast contribution.

This project has been started in collaboration with Abul, Aful and April non 
profit organisations:

The goal of this project is to help icecast developpment (icecast.org).

This is not yet an official icecast project but we intend to propose it to the 
official icecast developpment team once it will be usefull.

Code and documentation is plan to be done.

We need a cvs account for first steps.

icecast,ices and all their dependances.
