Dear "assign":

Please take a look at the attached message regarding assigning
copyright of a new project to the FSF.

Hello!

I have a doubt with the "user-drivers" project that just was created.

When it's ready to, I intend to ask for this project to become GNU
software. When the Hurd runs on L4, this component of the GNU system
would become essential because L4 doesn't have any hardware drivers.

And i heard that essential components of the GNU system have to
assign copyright to the FSF. Do i have to consider this now? I'm
willing to assign it but i don't know how to do it and wether i
can do it for code contributions i might recieve.
