Can you state in which way it can help you.

An another issue we have to deal with now is the increasing
number of users. We cannot risk to overload web server.

I read the FAQ on PHP.  I'd really like php, but I 
understand the support concern.

In the absence of PHP would it be possible to support 
apache's mod_include?  This would make site 
maintenance infinitely easier.
