Description:
The aim of this project is build a web assist engine to store any simple 
project constraints into a knowledge database where another project engine can 
generate projects files for CASE tools. This project is entirely new and source 
code will become avaliabe on this server. The aimed plataform will be web 
interface with mysql as knowledge database.

Other Software Required:
The software is aimed to run into an Apache server with PHP and Mysql with the 
possible need of the prolog language.
