Description:
The GNU Task List is currently a techinfo file at /gd/gnuorg/tasks.texi.  This 
is an obsolete way of tracking tasklist/wishlist items now that Savannah\'s 
help wanted system is working.  The GNU Volunteer Coordinators would like to 
register a project called \"tasklist\" that can act as a \"container\" which 
will allow us to move the task list items into the Savannah help wanted system.

The current GVC project is not public, so tasklist items aren\'t visible, so 
registering a new project seems the way to go.


Other Software Required:
This project will not be code, rather it will be help wanted entries (and 
likely a few web pages as well).
