[Savannah-hackers] GNUe Small Biz Mail Services

A while back (several months) we setup GNUe SB.  It was a GNU project. 
It then got flagged to non-gnu project.  I had committed the website to
CVS and such and noticed it because of the url.  I had it changed back
and that is all fine, but the mailing lists have been munged ever
since.  We have access to change things, but in looking at the email
setup, we decided better someone that plays with Savannah regularly do
it.

Can some one please fix
