Hi,
I'm evaluating the package you submitteed to Savannah.

Unfortunately there are laws that can prevent us from sharing and enjoying
code. It is not enough that you say your software is free, to make it
free.

Suppose you were abducted by aliens tomorrow. Your legal inheritor could come
and tell us that the program you uploaded to Savannah is his and we have no
right to distribute it or even have a copy of it in our server. That's why it
is important that every source file has a header with a copyright line and at
least a sentence stating that it is free software. We would prefer that you
use one of the licenses provided in the list of accepted licenses in Savannah.
For instance the Modified Free BSD amounts to public domain and it is easy to
apply.

The "other license" field in the registration form is intended for other
licenses that are not included in the list. We consider "public domain"
already included in the list, in the form of the MBSD license and other
similar licenses.

Please put copyright notices in each C file and submit your project again,
choosing one the licenses in the list of accepted licenses.

Regards,
Jaime
