Description:
The project is `Guile SimpleSQL\', a set of bindings between Guile and SQL 
database access libraries, providing a simple interface.  MySQL and PostgreSQL 
databases are currently supported, and I would accept new bindings if they were 
to be contributed.

Code is in C (a little over a thousand lines), and the standard GNU 
configuration and build tools are used.  There is a TeXinfo manual.

The code is GPL.  The project URL is http://guile-simplesql.sourceforge.net.
I wish to move it from sourceforge, where it has been hosted for over a year, 
for political reasons.


Other Software Required:
It helps if the user has installed PostgreSQL or MySQL development packages 
(i.e. headers and libraries).
