I didn't found any links with a project named paragnu. 
 
Anyway, the good way to work on a project is to contact it's 
members. Check if the project have a mailing-list or take a look at 
membership info, on the project main page.

I have Master in Computer Application education and 3 
years of experience in C++/C. 
I would like to work on ParaGNU project as a C++ 
developer mentioned on http://savannah.nongnu.org/. 
Please provide me the enough information to start with.
