Thomas Link <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: QualTA - Qualitative Text address@hidden
System name: qualta
Type: non-GNU

Description:
QualTA

QualTA is a collection of elisp libraries for use with Emacs. The goal is to
support qualitative researchers (sociologists, psychologists, linguists etc.)
in doing qualitative text/content analysis with (X)Emacs.

QualTA currently consists of the following libraries:

- excerpt.el: Extract text from other file and insert in the current file as
dynamic, updateable \"fields\".

- textcoding.el: Tag/code regions of text with category names and highlight
with different styles/faces; summarize these coded text portions.

- remarks.el: Add non-intrusive remarks/annotations to text files.

- textstats.el: Simple text statistics (word counts etc.)

- concordance.el: A concordance table.

- other support code: file-properties.el, tellib.el and some more.

The files are currently hosted on:
http://members.a1.net/t.link/software.html

An old version is included here:
http://members.a1.net/t.link/tellib.tar.gz

Other Software Required:
(X)Emacs

Other Comments:
I would also like to include an experimental version of filesets.el, which is
part of Emacs -- if this is okay for you.
