We discussed that topic few month ago and finally we considered 
that we will maybe implement it but it's not on the top-priority list, 
as giving CVS right to identified user is particulary harmless. 
 
Harmless because it's easy to : check commits done (in the 
ChangeLog), check what have been commited, revert to a 
previous version.

Is there a way to add a developer to a project so
they can be assigned bugs and what-not, without
giving them CVS write access at the same time?
