Note also that replacing subversions.gnu.org by   
subversions.nongnu.org cannot work according to your  
.ssh/config.  
  
 But in fact, we previously noticed troubles with non-completely 
lower case login name. I though that we modified the login 
process to disallow non lower case name but apparently we 
didn't. 
 
So I rename your login to qckcode. It should have any 
consequences but you have to wait a little time for everything to 
be updated (let say 6 hours?).
