Hello,
my project is a project of script of news writes in php/mysql he is developed 
under a liscence GPL.

This script :
   - manage multiutilisateur and privilage
   - you can set diferent type of news (sample : one type for news
     regarding linux one other for news regarding php)
   - You can personalize how are show the news (and comment)
     by using templates. 
   - You can comment news
   - You can post pool(survey)

This programme is currently under developement and the source is not finished.
i will put on a ftp this week source of my script (not finish) at this address
