Project "liblia" Library of Invigorating Algorithms is
a project focused on algorithms/data structures.

According to the docs, if I recall correctly, the
resources provided by GNU are to be used strictly
towards to goals within the submitted description of
the project.

#algorithms on irc.freenode.net is a (very small)
channel focusng on the discussion of
data-structures/algorithms/principles/design/patterns

Areas below seem to be in the gray area; I'd greatly
apperciate enlightenment of the policies: :)

Is it considered proper use of the resources to

(1) link to #algorithms on irc.freenode.net as a method
to contact the author / discussion of liblia related
issues [assuming freenode approval]

(2) provide a "further-reading/reference" type list of
C++/algorithms/data-structures related URLS; including
but not limited to:
  * http://www.nist.gov/dads/
  *
http://www.boost.org/libs/graph/doc/table_of_contents.html
   ...

(3) link to the said page above from #algorithms on
irc.freenode.net

Thanks in advance for your time,
