[Savannah-hackers] GCC anonymous CVS

        Hi,

        We've had major performances problems with subversions.gnu.org
that triggered various mirroring problems with the CVS tree of GCC. We
figured out the performance problem and fixed it. I'm now making sure
the GCC CVS tree is up to date and that there are no inconsistencies.
