TOAD is the Tournament Organiser and Assistant Director.

The TOAD project will create software for running game tournaments, automating 
many of the tasks of a Tournament Director.  TOAD will:

  - Maintain a registry of players in the tournament
  - Generate match pairings for each round according to a variety of tournament 
structures
  - Record results of each match during the tournament
  - Generate output for participants and observers to see the status of the 
tournament
