Someone told recently he had a clue of this trouble we have with
GNU mailing-list created as non-GNU, but I do not remember.
Paul, are the scripts for mailing-list creation sending required
informations or are there errors in the informations sent by these
scripts (which is possible, as we use to rely on a database field
called is_gnu while now the correct field should be group_type)?
I cannot check the scripts right now.
