Description:
This system helps to manage and distribute any kind of business e-documents via 
an Intranet. 
The goal is to help users to insert a document into an Intranet and control its 
distribution without any knowledge of programation. Within a web page, the user 
is able describe his file and upload it in the right place in the Intranet 
organisation. His file must be in a non easily changeable format as PDF, HTML 
or SVG, and ready to use. The system will codify its filename with all the 
information and store it in a directory defined in the Intranet server 
filesystem.
If the redactor wants to update the document, he can only copy the new version 
at the same place or redo the process to insert the document via the web page.
The final user will see this file, with other ones, in a list of same kind of 
dicument in a web page
