Description:
My Project SHIRKA will be a full featured account management tools wich works 
on a Web Browser, it use PHP and MySQL to work.
Forms and screens use HTML and Javascript (CSS) to work.
The main features are :

Multi account unlimited
Family expenses unlimited
Account Type (Credit Card, Placement, other)
Mouvement Type (Cheque, CB ....)
Reports (By account, by date ....)
Planified opération with auto validation by date.
Multi search 
....

SHIRKA is in developpement since 05/2002 and it\'s far from being ended, I\'m 
sure there\'s some bugs,  report them to me  i will try to correct as soons as 
possible. There\'s no garanty on this software you use it at you own risk. For 
informations I use it since V 0.3 (06/2002) with no problem.
