[Savannah-hackers] Ocrad want to be a GNU package

Hello to all.

I am the developer of the project ocrad, hosted in 
https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/ocrad/ .

As I wrote when registering the project, "I would like ocrad to be part 
of the GNU project. Just I haven't got any URL".

Well, now I do have an URL (thanks to all of you). The first functional 
version of ocrad can be found at 
http://savannah.nongnu.org/download/ocrad/ocrad_0.1alpha1.tar.bz2 .

Please, can someone tell me what have I to do to get ocrad approved as a 
GNU package?
