Other License:
Package: Portable Hangul Library and Utilities
System name: hangul
Type: non-GNU

Description:
This project will implement a generalized and portable library
for processing hangul, the Korean alphabet system. Currently,

the team members are designing API and will implement in
C and Python with simlilar interface.
Technically, libhangul will provide the following functions:
 - Conjoining, disjointing and manipulating U+1100 Hangul Jamo Sequence
 - Generalized keyboard input automata for 2bul, 3bul, 390 layout.
 - Conversion functions for U+1100, U+AC00 and Unihan characters.
 - Simple sentence tokenizer for full text indexers.
 - Light-weight dictionary to help tokenizing and processing.
 - Spell checker routines.

We don\'t have a working source yet. But, the members have several
scattered code fragments on many projects already. And our first
aim is to reorganize them into a portable library.
