Hi Jaime, Loic, Rudy,

What about switching to PHP4?

The license issue is closed, so there are no philosophical to avoid
it.

Technically, I do not want to drop PHP3 support until necessary (ie
until PHP3 is unmaintained) but PHP4 is considered as more optimized
(without zend optimizer I mean) than PHP3.

I'm not sure if we should give much credit to this consideration but
giving it a try should be harmless.

Installing can be done in 2 minutes with apt-get.

What do you think?
