You are not member of the project emacs, so you cannot use member 
access via ssh, but anonymous access. 
 
About the cvs page, normally there is a link on the savannah emacs 
main page too.

OK, I saw now that there is the CVS 'menu item' at the top
of the emacs page that leads to the page you mentioned. I
don't think I can complain about that it was hard to find
anymore, just had a bad day or something.
