 if i understand you right then I don't need ssh connection 
if I only want to download a project for installing on a 
local pc

We cannot support proprietary software we do not even use.
So I cannot help you and it's doubtful that other members of
the Savannah staff can help you.

All we can say is you have to install a software like
openssh on your operating system and read it s documentation
about key creation.

Anyway, you require an SSH key only if you are member of a
project.
