[Savannah-hackers] Request import of tar of cvs module of circle

Can you please retrieve
http://bowman.csse.monash.edu.au/~pmoulder/circle-cvs.tar.bz2
and untar it into the top-level repository directory to replace
the existing empty `circle' directory for the `circle' project on
savannah.
