There should be four. They are all private lists if that makes a
difference. I had turned off 'mailing lists' in the project preferences
(I've since turned that preference back on), but they still exist in
mailman:

http://mail.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/xoops-mod-patches
http://mail.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/xoops-mod-tasks
http://mail.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/xoops-mod-support
