This time I made a recursive deletion. There was a lot of locks,
./doc/#cvs.lock
./engine/#cvs.lock
./interface/debugboard/#cvs.lock
./interface/#cvs.lock
./patterns/#cvs.lock
./regression/#cvs.lock
./sgf/#cvs.lock
./utils/#cvs.lock
