Rudy, if I were you, I would suggest user to submit with a more usual
license or to ask address@hidden

It takes time to get an answer from address@hidden because they are
busy, as every GNU people :)
I think that users understand better delays when they play a role (by
sending a mail to address@hidden>, instead of just waiting news
from us.
