[Savannah-hackers] log_accum and mailing lists

log_accum seems to be working now in reporting which branch was
changed.  I'd like now to try having three mailing lists:

* One for all changes (same as now).

* One for changes to the trunk.

* One for changes to RC.

The way to implement the two new mailing lists is to use
log_accum with the -r argument to specify only one branch.

Can you please try this?

Once this is working for Emacs, it would be nice to develop a Savannah
feature for package maintainers to set up multiple reporting lists
automatically.
