Description:
PyWiew is an advanced image viewer/editor and multimedia player.
It uses the Python Imaging Library (PIL) for decoding image files
and is written in the wxPython API. It right now can be used as
an advanced image viewer/editor. It is written in python/C.  The
current version is 1.2

Right now the project is hosted in the creator's (Anand Pillai), homepage i.e, 
http://members.lycos.co.uk/anandpillai. I would like to 
move this to savannah so that it can be addressed to a wider audience.

python, wxPython, Python Imaging Library(PIL)

Other Comments:
I have also applied for project registration at sourceforge for this
project.
