i've found that news need to be accepted after
submission. the first time, i did not know it and the
news did not appear until i found that i need to accept it.

may be a message should warn the user to remember to
accept the news. or the news should be published
automatically when the user is the administrator. for
me, this should be the way to do it.

or a mail could be send to the administrator of the
project remembering the remaing news.
