When I go to
"https://savannah.gnu.org/account/change_gpg_key.php";
to enter my GPG key, I cannot apply any changes.
Whatever I type or paste into the edit box, it will be
discarded when I click on "Update". I've tried Phoenix
0.5 and Links 2.19pre.

This is my public key (which I tried to paste into the
edit box):

I've also tried another key but none of my tries
succeeded or made any difference at all.
