Hi,

The following project was submitted to Savannah. It needs evaluation to
become a GNU package, can you give it a look, please ?

Submitter: <address@hidden>
Project Full Name: libccmusic
Project System Name: ccm
License: gpl
Approval URL: https://savannah.gnu.org/admin/groupedit.php?group_id=4958
Description: It\'s a library that provide music files and protocols handling.
For example : it will read/write midi files, ports, RTP (Real Time Protocol
=> check IETF)
music XML, modules (.mod, .s3, ...), OSC
(http://cnmat.cnmat.berkeley.edu/OSC/), etc...
It should be used by score editors, sequencers, by real time synth, or anything
else.
It start when we want add midi support to gscore (gscore.org), i done a
prerelease in c :
http://fred.lautre.net/prods/libmidi-0.tgz
and now want to add all music formats.
It currently just handle midi files.
It should permit conversion between different formats, recording and playing.

You can get it at http://fred.lautre.net/prods/libccmusic-0.0.1.tar.gz

It\'s C++ software and will depends on Common C++ libs for network, xml...
Of course, it is made as portable as possible.
