Description:
It's a project that's being developed as part of a discipline of the computer 
science mastering course at federal university of pernambuco - Brazil. We 
create a software factory and defined a process for software development. We're 
now building the software that will test our process. This software is supposed 
to control the scientific publications of the university. It's developed with 
java, using the struts framework and also hibernate. Source files are located

This project is being developed to run in a web environment. We do not have any 
dependencies. One requirement of it is that it must be open-source. So we use 
only open-source frameworks.
