powerapplet is a gtk2-port of the power applet from eskil heyn olsen. This one
was modified to compile and work now.

if the tarballs don't work for you (i know at least one person that has
problems with it at the moment), try to run aclocal-1.7, automake-1.7 and
autoconf.

the autotool build system may be broken at the moment (will fix this later)
