Description:
This program is a new build tool which is intended
to be a replacement for autoconf, automake, make,
libtool, and ccache.

The current prototype is written entirely in Python.
It is likely that this will remain the implementation
language.

I wrote all the code that currently exists, based on
my own ideas.
