During the week of the gnuftp outage (due to the crack of the system),
this seemed to be a daily request (I've personally responded to over 40
emails sent to webmasters on this subject alone).  CVS had it removed
back in 2001.  Is this supposed to be auto-generated from somewhere?

I've since removed the links to it, but will put them back if there's
still a new-software page (once it begins generating again).
