It will be a HTTP Chatserver which users can connect to with a webbrowser and 
talk to each other. Account information will be stored in a MySQL database, and 
embedding TCL for scripting purposes is planned. 
The source code is still not functional, a lot of things don't work or are not 
implemented yet.
