It seems to me that these GUG are not GNU Projects, but the Nixal GNU/Linux Usr Grp during the registration asked to be considered as part of the GNU Project. So, is it possible for a GUG to be part of the GNU Project? I think we should make GUGs a third category. There should be (at least) three categories: * GNU software packages * Non-GNU software packages * GUGs and maybe another category "misc" that we can use for the occasional exceptions.
