Description:
Editor for manipulation with a large amount of pictures (typically obtained 
from digital camera). Planned features:

- basic operations with pictures (rotation, cropping, adjusting of 
brightness/contrast, color enhancing, size reducing)

- working with groups of pictures (e.g. changing brightness/contrast of the 
whole group)

- file operations: deleting, moving, metadata (EXIF) editing and searching

- gallery operations: web exporting, printing

- user interface optimized for minimal amount of keypresses/mouse clicks

- multilevel undo/redo

- support for common picture formats: JPEG, PNG, (TIF?)

- lossless JPEG operations

- possibility to run external editor (Gimp)

- basic operations with Motion JPEG (cut/copy/paste of parts of animation, 
soundtrack volume adjusting, editing of animation as a group of pictures)

- thumbnail support

- background processing of long lasting operations



Program will be written using C and Gtk2 with some use of existing (L)GPL 
libraries. It will be developed for GNU/Linux platform, other platforms may be 
added later.
