Is a only an idea, for wich I wonted you or a team of ing. to hava a look ?! To 
realised and see it, is thet idea can go forward. 



 It works like this:



 We know that the Windows has change DOS. I want to say., inputs of 
informations throuhg



the keyboards was replaced by mause. You need just click on a chosen window and 
you allready have run complite prepared progaram.



 To - day when we have almighty Hardware, which just need a coresponding 
Software the MATEMATIC SCINE wich will recognize human voice and converted it 
to binar system. Affter it will be easy to fix or make outgoings final tasks.



 I mean: 



 I've invented mathematic model for voice recognition and conversion to binary 
system. Not realy a binary, a matematical language wich is easy to watch and do 
the tasks, like a koordinates in I quadrant skvers. Is writed on a 15 of A4 
pages. i know this kind of programs already go to far, i am lating with this, 
but i am i am shure thet this algoritham ll be a unic for this purposies.



And i must say project includs lots of electronics mesurments before it ll made 
in a computer program...(i also can make a little upload to a my Urls..to see 
it is not problem.



So, please let me know if you are interested more to discus this idea with me.

I basicaly calling from Croatia, I dont know is it here in my country a 
devolpment for a inventors. But as I sow your web i decided to conntacting You.



Mybe is not to much throught email, so I am asking you how to present my ideas

I aready have try conntacting some patent agencies and big companies, it seams 
they are all only a sellers..look for complite prepared programs...Can you help 
me to realize this project and to found a buyers or a investors... I already 
have made registration of my idea for my self...
