These addresses are received from the Edonkey network itself, or from
files downloaded from WEB servers. It is hard to know exactly what
"publicly known" means in such cases. As this file can be
automatically generated anyway, we can remove it from the distribution
if it is a problem for the owners of these IP addresses.
