Hum, this licensing choice is very problematic. Free 
Software works mainly because it is possible to 
redistribute commercially a software you did not wrote. 
 
For instance, RedHat distribute commercially many software 
written by other people, but the money earned is invested 
in free software, it keeps free software being improved. 
 
At a smaller scale, it is important for small companies to 
be able to work on support for free software. 
 
 
If you think you cannot, or do not want to, make the 
author changing his new license choice, we'll have to 
actually erase Talesta, as you asked first.
