Description:
OpenHacha, is a "free as in freedom" implementation for GNU/Linux of the 
propietary-and-only-for-MS-Windows(tm) program "Hacha"

OpenHacha is a GPL'ed tool to split a large file in chunks and also allow to 
join the chunks generated by Hacha.
