Summary:  a FAQ system

Original Submission:  Making a better FAQ system than the existing one for 
Savannah project :

In fact, I think that using files for each question is a good way to do it, 
since it permit using CVS and having an history of entries.



So, the idea is to permit any project to assign a directory on his www CVS to 
his FAQ entries and to permit any project hosted to do his own FAQ.
