[Savannah-hackers] File upload permission problems

It appears that my (login == jwm) project file areas (vgplay, yaf-splash) have 
the wrong ownerships all along their file heirarchies, such that I no longer 
have permission to upload any new file.

eg:

Changing to: /upload/vgplay
sftp> ls -l
drwxrwsr-x    0 0        63995        4096 Nov 29 21:59 .
drwxrwxr-x    0 0        0           36864 Nov 28 08:31 ..
drwxr-xr-x    0 0        63995        4096 Oct 10 21:18 stable.pkg
sftp> mkdir stable.pkg/1.1
Couldn't create directory: Permission denied

63995 _might_ be my UID, but that could be the group column; I can't tell. But 
I can't create new directories, either way, and the UID/GID columns are 
zeroed out, further down.
