[Savannah-hackers] E-mail change

Georges Khaznadar (georgesk) lost both its Savannah password and e- 
mail. He needs to change his e-mail adress from the now non-existant  
address@hidden to address@hidden

We need a way to identify him, and he suggested we use GPG:
> My GPG ID is 11691130 so you can encrypt it. Perhaps we share a trust  
> chain via the signatures of my GPG public key ?
