Hi!

I've got the same issue reported previously here

when I was trying to create a new mailinglist (gnunet-freeway). A first 
warning occured at:

https://savannah.gnu.org/mail/admin/?add_list=1&group=gnunet

There was no follow-up on msg00073.  Can anyone help?
