[Savannah-hackers] Lynx mailing-lists are not usual

In https://savannah.nongnu.org/support/?func=detailitem&item_id=102856, 
the Lynx administrator tells he experiences problems with Savannah, 
that shows address@hidden instead of the existing address@hidden
However, Lynx is not part of the GNU project...

1) http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo contains lynx-users only
2) http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/lynx-users exists and has no 
archive
3) http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/lynx-dev exists, despite 1), 
and with only two (recent) messages archived
4) https://savannah.nongnu.org/mail/?group=lynx shows lynx-dev only, 
despite 2)
5) http://www.gnu.org/directory/lynx.html shows Lynx not part of the 
GNU project

How comes lynx mailing-lists are not shown in all places, and that they 
are registered at gnu.org instead of nongnu.org?
