Description:
This project is called factoring web site and use xml and xlst to generate a 
dynamic web system. 

The first phase of this project will build a series of basic modules of this 
project, including the meta data difinition or the semantic definition of the 
web site. A command build system based on ant will be delivered at the end of 
this phase.

The second phase will build some GUI tool to make the things more easy.

All blocks will be based on xml and developed by java
